What a great couple of weeks at Galleri Nord! Unfortunately now the exhibition has come to an end, but it has definitely been very successful in several ways!

One of the things I've appreciated a lot with being present at the gallery from time to time is meeting so many wonderful people. As I mentioned in my previous post I talked with visitors continuously from the moment we opened the door. I also popped in for a little artist talk for a high school class one of the days which was a lot of fun, and was very good practice for me to confidentally talk about my work! The whole last day I spent in the gallery as well for the finissage when Micke, the other artist, was also present for an artist talk.

Even this last day we had a lot of visitors and even more salesment! Then all of a sudden the gallery walls and podiums were getting more and more empty - which was definitely bitter-sweet as I watched some of my favorites leaving the nest! I do however really appreciate to meet the people who buy my work. (And obviously also the fact that people buy my work!) Often in galleries when my work sells I don't really know where the art piece goes, and it's just very meaningful to me to have a brief meeting with the new owners to my puppies!

When posting pictures from the vernissage it was so crowded most time so it didn't show much of the actual exhibition, so I thought I would share a few pictures before opening for those of you who didn't have the possibility to come visit the gallery!
